Shipping

We offer FREE shipping across India.
Orders will be prepared and shipped within 2-3 working days.
The average delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days depending on location (subject to delays due to lockdowns and COVID-19 restrictions).
All orders come with tracking facility and are insured with the shipping provider.
In situations where your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will send the shipment through Speedpost (India Post).

Returns/Exchange/Cancellations

No exchange, returns, or cancellations will be accepted post confirmation of sale
All details about the item including defects and sizing will be provided in the item description so we'd encourage customers to thoroughly go through it before purchasing, and contact us in case of any queries regarding the item

Credit Card - Credit card payment is not enabled in the current payment gateway. However, if you wish to make payment using your credit card, please contact us on Instagram or via this form to send you a payment link for your order and we can place a manual order once the payment has been received.

Quality

Most of our pieces are in excellent condition, but in cases where the item has any imperfections, it will be mentioned in the product description. Due to the nature of vintage items, some items may include minor flaws.

Pricing

We want to be transparent with our pricing policy to help you understand why certain items are more expensive than others. We take the following factors into consideration:

Cost of acquisition - Items sourced from global vintage markets cost more due to additional international shipping and customs duties charged on them.
Quality - The overall condition of the item. Items with faults (tears, stains etc.) are priced accordingly to reflect these issues.
Vintage - We consider garments that have stood the test of time (usually 20+ years) to be more valuable due to their superior fabric and stitching quality.
Rarity in style - Some pieces are relatively rare or one-of-a-kind which adds to their perceived value, and tend to be more expensive to source.
